A local pediatrician called me about a pregnant mom with this chronic auto-
immune disease.  It involves the skin where lesions develop with little
tendency to heal and they bleed when they burst.  She takes steriods and
Dapsone.  The mortality rate is close to 40 %.  The mom is afraid that she
will pass the disease to her child through her milk.  I'm sure this won't
happen but I promised her I'd post it.

Does anyone have any experience with a nursing mother who has this ?
