I haven't seen nearly as much yeast as some of you have, but what little I've
seen on babies' tongues, it seems to me that when it's yeast it tends to have
clear borders, whereas when it's just a permanently "milky tongue"  (mine had
that too), it tends to just gradually fade into the pink.  Does that sound
