The order form and some key excerpts will be in ALCA Galaxy next edition. A
review is planned for the December edition, and ALCA is considering whether
to make them available here. (Will depend on the review and Council
deliberations, as they might do vastly more harm than good in a country
where seroprevalence is very low in the childbearing population.) Anyone is
welcome to offer comments to Galaxy as well as here. This will be a key
issue for LCs around the world to wrestle with,hence we are not rushing to
judgment. Perhaps some of those in UNICEF and WHO who particpated in
developing the Guidelines could join the discussion here on Lactnet?
