I have done the UCLA's   CLE  & it was well worth all the hours of work
to complete my requirements to earn the CLE.

I finished the CLC time in March & received my certificate.   That is
only a beginning place. It does help nurses know more about how to help
patients with the issues one might see as a maternity nurse in postpartum
or L&D.  There is a huge difference in time,  money,  preparation between
the two.
