I have had good results with *Playtex* *orthodontic* nipples; I've used them
for EBM at daycare for my 3 daughters.  They're shaped in an oval, which fits
baby's mouth pretty comfortably, and the hole's at the top -- I used to think
this was strange, but I think it helps the flow to pause intermittantly,
rather than drip uncontrollably into the mouth.  I did wait several weeks to
introduce them, but no nipple confusion, slurping, or dribbling here.  They
used to be difficult to locate, but Wal-Mart carries them now, as well as Toys
'R Us, and some other department and grocery stores.
