Dear Pat, I have a funny little quirky standard that I apply to a lot of
things, like books, doctor's expertise etc. What info do they give on BF?
Is it good, accurate? If so fine, I then believe a lot of what else the
book or dr has to say. Is it old, out dated, inaccurate? Then probably
that is the state of most of the book or doctor's info. Now I realize this
is a very biased and narrow test, but it is amazing how often it holds up!
Authors and drs that are up on BF have inquisitive, open minds, read and
take in and use new info. Others don't question what they learned in med
school, don't read, have no interest in learning and appreciating new info,
and go along in the same old-same old rut, causing a lot of damage along
the way. Frankly, they have other priorities, interests or are lazy. Oh
I'm cranky today. I'd better shut up. Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
