   I just got Kay Hoover's new color yeast paper today!! Great clear
pictures!! Lots of good info!!! I shall be visiting my favorite OB and Pedi's

  Hope your toe feels better Heather, I thought I was the only one that does
childbirth breathing techniques for pain!! The lab techs laugh at me when they
draw my blood, but it works!! ( Youngest child almost 20, I have been doing it
for a looooong time!)
