Hi All--
I came across this blurb in Runner's World (July 1998, p. 28) the other day.
"Nurse your baby's immunity:
Breast milk contains natural germ killers. But levels of these
immunoglobulins take a nose dive during the first half-hour after exercise.
So, for maximum nursing benefits, either nurse before exercise, or pump and
discard postexercise breast milk."
I'm hoping to write a response, but thought some of you, especially
exercisers, might also like to write.
