Dear Lyla, I tend to evaluate constipation at this age by weight gain.
Poor gain - constip. from poor intake, excellent gain - prob just early
example of "constip" we frequently see with bf.  The bottles are a
confounding factor here and I can't believe that these twins haven't been
weighed since 5th day!!  They needed a two week visit just for weight
