A couple of thoughts about the baby who won't nurse. Check inside his mouth
for something like a hair etc. this has bothered babies. I remember that my
son would not nurse if I made too much noise. I had a three year old that
suddenly started getting into things as soon as I sat down to nurse. I didn't
mean to yell but I must have and he didn't like it. As far as nursing pins.
My son (16) has worn my Breast is Best pin to school. When some one is
shocked by it he calmly asks what they are upset about, breastfeeding is the
best for babies. Then he smiles.
