I know I can count on my Friends!
I  suggest in to my  Breastfeeding mothers are supplementing with   formula
 to use  only Low Iron Formula. One  M.D. has called  to ask why I would
suggest  a low iron formula, as she wanted her Breastfeed babies to be
supplemented with Regular Iron Formula. I explained formula with iron
would "inactivate the lactoferrin by saturating it with iron" ( a quote
from Ruth Lawrence p113 4th ED) I also gave her the information from
Riodran and Auerbach Book. it is bad enough to give the formula let alone
give  formula that will super saturate the iron binding properties of the
Lactoferrin.
Does any one else have any information I can pass on to this M.D.?
