having met some of you wise women at boca, i am not surprised at how wonderful
pat's post was, but i want to say how much i enjoyed it, and the poem. we can
each do only what we can do. i think i would view this particular mother as a
challenge, and try to see how much teaching i could fit into those friendship
sessions. empowering women through breastfeeding can be more than just
technique! this mother might have the potential to become a truly important
support of breastfeeding.

but who is joan borysenko? i can't stand not to know every little thing, and
if this person is worthy of pat's extreme admiration - well, then i HAVE to
know.
