Current growth charts from the WHO/CDC/NCHS (the nice pink and blue ones
with Ross advertising on them) were developed from a huge sample that DID
include breastfed babies, as well as many bottle-fed, early solids babies.
There are no currently available *appropriate* charts for breastfed babies,
although the WHO is in the process of developing some.  It will probably be
several more years before they are available.  Check the archives for more
explanation under growth charts where dettwyler appears in sender.
