Chlorpromazine *is* a good galactologue, and could be used to induced
lactation. We used it in South Africa all the time to increase milk
production and it worked very well, in small doses (compared to doses
used for psychosis). The babies did not appear to be adversely
affected. But the risk of adverse side effects in the mother is
considerable, but still does not occur in the majority. And since
there are other, better and safer drugs, why use it for this reason?
