When the issue of herbal galactogogues became a hot topic several months
ago, I thought I'd have the leisure to research it thoroughly.  Since
then I've had a rash of cases of marginal milk supply, and several moms
wanting to use fenugreek.  I work in a mainstream, fairly conservative
environment, and need references  supporting the safety of these herbs
by nursing mothers (incl. fenugreek, blessed thistle, nettles, fennel,
etc).  Mechell Turner sent me some references(thanks x 1000, Mechell),
does anybody else have refs for these?
