I got a call from a mom today who has a 16 month old son.  She nursed him
for about eight months and weaned him.  The past 3 months she has been
getting engorged and dripping milk for about a week
premenstrually and post-menstrually.  She is going to call her MD, but
wondered if I would have any idea what was causing this.  She says it is
not normal premenstrual breast discomfort.  Any ideas?
