Susan wrote that nurses accepted free formula from a rep and then exchanged
them for clothes and toys.
Formula reps play on this sort of practice by health professionals - the
eagerness to take freebies, even ones that will never be used. You see it
all the time at conference exhibit halls. The cost of those samples is
simply added in to the cost of formula.
Is this condoned?
