Barbara, I do not take any criticism with what you say about some
situations being best served by in person help. I agree. This is one of
them.

However, I can not MAKE her do anything. I can only encourage, suggest and
*strongly* suggest that she take any particular course of action. I would
rather give her the help she's willing to take in the form she's willing to
accept, than refuse to help at all.
