We need to remember that the IBCLE exam is an entry level exam.  It
represents a certain level of knowledge and skills that we hope the
sucessful candidate will continue to build on once s/he becomes an LC.  Our
cicumstances, experiences, book learning are all vastly different and
influenced by so many factors world-wide that it is really amazing that we
can even agree on one exam!   So please remember the LC exam is a starting
