Maginnis and Associates has the following phone number:
1-800-621-3008...ext 7 should give you brochures/applications.  I would
think all LC's should carry malpractice...even if the profession is not
licensed in the state...a person could still be sued....you can still be
liable for what you do.  I carry malpractice insurance for the nutrition
AND lactation work I do and neither professions are licensed in NJ.
Anyone else have thoughts on this? TIA.
