I used to see galactorhea in adolescent patients who had boyfriends that did a
lot of breast play. So it seems demonstrating hand expression might do it. As
for bad things- hypothyroidism with elevated TSH and prolactinemia secondary
to tumor might be looked into. My understanding is that papilomas are usually
a bloody discharge, if you look at anything you have to consider hormonal
causes.
