The new RDA's are called "DRI's" (Dietary Reference Intakes) and have
been revised for calcium as well as other "bone" nutrients, including
vitamin D, Phosphorus, magnesium and fluoride.
The pregnant and lactating guidelines are:
18 years and under: 1300 mg
19 to 50 years : 1000 mg
