 Now that my son is in 6th grade the school no longer gives me a hard time on
this issue.. I have had to had a "physician" not to exempt him from milk and
allow an alternative for the past 6 years in two states.

  I admit ( to 2,000) people that I have often written the note on my
letterhead and not had it returned. I was told that it had to do with state
funding of the lunch programs in which COWS MILK is a mandatory item
