There is no need to test milk for silicone. Silicone is an inert
substance and does not get absorbed when taken orally. There has been
too much hysteria about this issue. There is no risk to the nursing
baby.
Has this woman had breast development during the pregnancy. If yes,
she should expect to produce plenty of milk.
Anecdote. I know a woman who had so little breast development as an
adult she wore t-shirts. Yet her breasts developed during pregnancy,
and her problem was *too much* milk.
