I have been counseling a woman with low milk supply following gallbladder
surgery 2.5 weeks postpartum.  Although I suspect multiple factors in the
low supply, and medication currently doesn't seem to be a problem; would
anyone like to comment on surgical stress and the effect on lactation.
Usually post-C-section it doesn't seem to be a problem, although those moms
also have breastfeeding assistance for several days.
