My neighbor and former co-leader's baby weighed 24 lbs at 3 mos!  He is
now a second-grader, and I can tell you that he slimmed down considerably
during toddlerhood and is perfectly normal in stature.  Everything I've
read talks about obesity risks in relationship to early introduction of
solids or formula.
