To my Breast buddies !!
I have a client who wants to take pycnogenal. Is it a medication? Is it an
Herb? She said it is pine bark and also goes by the letters OPC . I am
unable to find any information on this herb/medication or what ever it is.
Any ideas? She wanted more information on it before she takes it while
breastfeeding. I asked her why she was going to take it but she was vague
with the answer.
