Hi All,
With all the discussion about jaundice, I tried to find Dr Gartner article on
bf/Jaundice. While I did not find that I did find this AAP article in the
10/94 October journal. It states:
"Depending on the mother's preference and the physician's judgment,
however, a variety of options are presented in Table 3 for possible
implementation beyond observation, including supplementation of breast-feeding
with formula or the temporary interruption of breast-feeding and substitution
with formula, either of which can be accompanied by phototherapy."

Jack, how do we get them on our sides and give them the information when the
AAP states the above. I find it very frustrating.
