Our dieitian did a survey in October/97. These are the averages she came up
with, including
the cost of equipment (in Canadian dollars) for 9 months of formula feeding
(which is what our paediatric society recommends, not one year like in the
US):

Powder:  $868
Concentrate:  $983
Ready to Use: $2222
