I just receive a workbook in the mail, "How to Negotiate and Contract for
Services with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations."  I received it from the
National Maternal and Child Health Clearinghouse, 2070 Chain Bridge Road,
Suite 450, Vienna, VA 22182-2536.  It's a resource guide and work book for
MCH/CSHCN providers.  I have just skimmed it but it seems to start out with
the basics like Chapter 1 - Understanding a state's medicaid managed care
program and goes on from there.
Due to the recent thread about pump/service reimbursement, I thought I
would post this as a possible resource.
