I am wondering what foods (besides the usual crackers) would help
pregnant women suffering from nausea. A number of women claim sour
foods like pickles, picked ginger and mustard are helpful. My daughter
said her teacher gives out lemon halves to the kids on the bus when they
feel sick on school outings! One of my clients is really suffering now
and I'd like to be able to suggest something. Breads and
crackers don't seem to do much. I'm also wondering if psychological
stress can be compounding the nausea.
