Jack, are you around or at conv?  Have you had any luck with using gentian
violet on deep ductal yeast?  Or would diflucan for mom and baby be the
best choice?  This mom is not into 3rd trimester, so systemic tx might be
iffy.  Gentian violet may be the only choice at this point and keep it down
to a dull roar until baby's birth, then tx all 3?  Thanks, Pat in SNJ
