I admit I haven't been reading my mail very diligently as my mother is ill but
I saw the reference to silicone and wondered if the woman is using a flexi-
shield? Medela kits are not made of polypropylene (sp?) and Egnell kits are
made of polycarbonate. Should not have silicone any thing unless the Flexi-
shield is being used or she is using a White River kit and pump (their
flexible shield is silicone.) I feel the link to thrush /contact
dermatitis/exzcema should be more thoroughly investigated. Is she using a
nipple shield?
