Hi Diane,
Yes, I guess I missed Sarah and Kris' messages about wisdom teeth and
cabbage. But my husband is indebted to you for your post, so thanks again.
My husband tried sharing his experience with the oral surgeon and several
staff members who were there. The surgeon's comments?
1. It wasn't exactly a double blind study.
2. Sometimes people use folk remedies and want to believe they work.
3. No drug company is going to fund a study of cabbage's effects, etc....
My husband's confident they all had a jolly good laugh after he left. Sad,
when it could have helped others.
I would very much like a copy of the edited down post. Sincere thanks once
again. After my experience with an apico I felt there was no way he could
keep his commitment to speak the next day, and there was no opportunity to
delay the apico in view of the pain he'd been feeling and his upcoming
speaking schedule. Your son was a life-saver!
