I see this a LOT in large breasted women. Big women may get yeast
infections under breasts and down in groin/tummy flap. Use antibacterial
soap in shower, blow dry affected areas and use lotrimin cream 3 X day.
Yeast likes warm, dark, sweet environment. Work on that assumption to
change environment (expose to sun, keep dry, cut back on sweet stuff. If
persistent, consider getting fasting blood sugar to rule out diabetes.
