Hi all!
I have a 35 year old woman attempting induced lactation for an adoptive
baby due July 29th. She is up to pumping 5-6 times a day for only 10-15
minutes, and a few minutes after she pumps, she gets a deep pain in her
nipples only that lasts a good 15 to 20 minutes. She has a normal nipple.
Her nipples are not sore on the outside, and she says that it does not feel
like a throbbing or spasm type pain--just burning for 15-20 minutes. Any
induced lactation experts out there?
