Olean/Olestra is made by Proctor and Gamble.
The diarrhea is a common "side effect" of this compound.  It is a large
molecule that cannot be digested.  Therefore it will not appear in the
milk.  The Center for Science in the Public Interest has grave concerns
about the diarrhea, and also the propensity for Olean to leach
protective phytochemicals (such as lycopenes) out of the body.
