Thanks to all for your replies on the above subject.  Thanks to Jack
for pointing out how naughty I was in not checking the archives.  I
did eventually though Jack and you were right, there was heaps of
info.  We printed a few letters for the Mum to read, I am sure she is
most appreciative of it.
