These babies do not need nutramigen.  I have "cured" quite a few just
by getting the mother to do compressions to increase the high fat
content of the milk.  The problem is the low fat milk as you suggest.
Breastmilk in the bottle would also have cured the problem.

In this case, starting solids while continuing the breastfeeding would
have worked too.
