There is absolutely no reason why a baby with CF should not get
breastmilk. On the contrary, there are lots of good reasons why he
should, including the old protection against infection. But
breastmilk also contains lipase, something children with CF are unable
to produce in their pancreas and thus unable to digest fat.
Breastmilk should be good for a baby with CF.
