Quite! A bit tricky! The only case I have ever personally known of was
*not* dramatic - one of a set of twins, a little extra bleeding at the
umbilicus, needed extra Vit K at about 2 weeks I seem to recall. The babies
were born at 36 weeks, quite small, not breastfeeding well in the beginning,
quite jaundiced. They had a placenta each in utero, but as they got bigger
they became more and more "identical" so it's strange that only one was
affected.
