Thanks for all the suggestions.  I have a question.  Everyone suggest Sheehan
syndrome.  That was my first thought But why has she been able to nurse
without anyproblems for almost 5 months and now it starts.  If the pituitary
gland stroked from loss of blood why would she have letdown for 4 months and
then shutdown?  Could there be that much residual hormone in the pituitary to
last 4 months and now she has used up all the residual?  This lady is
definitely giving my brain cells a workout in hypothetical theory.
