Thanks to all for your prayers.  They are obviously powerful.  Hunter
was in surgery for 2.5 hrs.  His gallbladder was full of marble-sized
stones and his kidney looked pretty good.  They decided to attempt to
reimplant the ureter, excised part of the renal pelvis and left a stint
in (hopefully, for 6 weeks).  They also did a rigid bronch and think
that some of his resp prob may be from the aorta laying across the
trachea.  They are planning an MRI before discharge and may do another
surgery to lift the aorta.

He was extubated in recovery and only in PICU for 24 hrs.
