I seem to remember hearing at a conference that when several LCs tested
various breast creams in their own mouths, that the masse cream, very
commonly used in the UK, caused numbness in the mouth and was the "worst"
cream that they tested, in their opinions.  Too swamped right now to look
for references, but maybe someone else has heard of this as well.
