Hi all lactnetters,
I need to ask some questions about positioning. I know positioning and
latch are very important, key elements you could say. But I have to
wonder, in other countries, other cultures where BF is sort of taken for
granted, is positioning such a big deal? I am really curious about this.
I wonder the same things about birth.>>>
I have the feeling (no evidence) that in the cultures where mothers
nurse not that often, eg 6 times a day, positioning is much more
important, that in cultures where one nurses 30-30-40 times a day.
When one nurses a few times a day, the drainage of the breast must be
very effective, to provide the baby enough food over the day.
