My "favorite" pediatrician called me yesterday and asked me about
fenugreek.  One of her patients has been taking it to increase milk
supply.  She asked if I knew anything about it and I said yes.  She then
asked if it was safe for baby.  I said "safer than formula.":-)! (she
didn't appreciate that.)  She then asked me for references and I sent
her off the Dr. Jack handotu that mentions fenugreek and referred her to
a great article on Cindy's website about fenugreek.   Anyone know of
another reference that I could get to her? (I also included the handout
on Hazards of formula and called the mother).I ahd never talked to this
mom before.  She had talked to the salesperson at the local "co-op"
about herbs to increase milk sipply and he referred her to the
fenugreek.
