In my book "The Complete Medicinal Herbal ", by Penelope Ody, Goat's rue is
listed under Pregnancy and Childbirth. It is under "Breastfeeding Problems".
Goat's Rue-- Galega officinalis - "Increases milk flow and encourages
development of breast." Uses- add 15g herb to 500 ml water for infusions or
take up to 2ml tincture per dose. Combinations- can be combined with other
herbs to promote milk flow, such as fennel, dill, fenugreek, and milk thistle.
None of the others mentioned are under this heading with directions for use.
I'd be interested in any comments on anyone who uses it.
