I don't follow why the effect on smooth muscle would affect milk
supply.  I suppose it could possibly diminsh milk ejection, but the
mother could overcome that with breast compression.  Fenugreek and
blessed thistle, 2 capsules four times a day, could increase her milk
supply.  And supplements should be given *at the breast* with a
nursing supplement.
