dear lisa,
thanks for the info, i will look for the book. i for some unknown reason
(brain death, obviously) totally blanked out the BAB when i was looking for
info, but it is obvious bf does not prevent ppd or we would be using it as
positive propoganda. i was also interested in more anecdotal accounts of
working with women with this problem. i have actually only known one, and it
was before i was involved in any kind of lactation counseling. she had been
told to wean in order to take the medication, and as she had successfully
nursed her first one, this made her more depressed./ she had been
hospitalized, then moved cross country. when i saw her she was in terrible
shape and i don't what happened after that.
well, bf ought to fix it, that's for sure.
