Pat:

 Breastfeeding is NOT Susan's strong point. One should buy and use the book
for a breast reference in relationship to breast surgery. She is a very
knowledable breast surgeon.

 Oddly enough she has NO clue as to how milk is made or how it is extracted by
the infant. - unfortunate

  Her second edition was no different than her first in this regard. I expect
no changes if there is a third.
